- One person may not maintain more than one account

- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it for providing and improving the Service.
8. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses AI to generate transcriptions, suggestions, and summaries. While we strive for accuracy:
- AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
- You should review and verify any AI-generated content before relying on it
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of transcriptions or suggestions
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeakFlo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
